I am an LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent-affirming, and trauma-informed therapist, here to support and encourage my clients in their healing through respect, trust, and commitment.
My practice is rooted in the belief that you are the expert on your own experience.
I use relational, integrative, and justice-oriented approaches in my practice. In Relational therapy we understand that we are shaped by our relationships and social world so we'll explore how your thoughts, past experiences, and relationships affect your emotions and current experiences. We'll integrate a range of therapies to suit your needs with a social justice framework.
Many clients present for therapy with me for support with anxiety, depression, traumatic experiences, and relationship challenges. Many are also seeking clarity regarding ADHD and/or Autism whether they are diagnosed formally, self-diagnosed, simply curious about their neurotype, or maybe they are raising or in relationship with someone who is neurodivergent in some way. I would love to explore this with you. As an ADHD Certified Clinical Service Provider (ADHD-CCSP) and Autism Certified Specialist (ASDCS) I have extensive training and experience in this realm and believe we can benefit enormously from deepening understanding of ourselves through this lens.
