I provide teletherapy for individuals in Washington state who are facing a wide range of challenges, growth, and transitions, who are seeking support for things like depression, anxiety, trauma, burnout. Many are hoping to improve relationships, family, explore their identities and make connections between past and present. I am LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent-affirming - I love listening, supporting, and encouraging my clients in their healing and self-exploration. Therapy can enhance your understanding of yourself, your needs, connections with your loved ones and the world around you, help you strengthen your foundation of tools, skills, and resources, and allow you the space to reflect openly and bravely. I admire the courage it takes to ask for help and trust someone new. Together we will get clarity on what’s happening for you, better understand your experiences, strengths, fears, and pain, and truly start to feel better.
